Roasting

Lazy Sunday is light roast that is pleasant on the palate. It mellows and becomes warm to your senses. The cocoa flavors from Latin America smooth the brew whilst Africa offers citrus hints to add the balance. The result is a coffee that is a great drink by itself, or with cake or milk chocolate. It also goes well with lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges extremely well.

We recommend the French Press method to brew this coffee. Preheating your vessel by adding water that has just been boiled will keep it warm. Once brewed leave to steep for four minutes, this will ensure that the grounds are fully saturated and not over extracted. The water must be pushed through using the plunger. Don't stir or agitate your coffee as it can result in unpleasant odors appearing in your cup.

Strength - 3 is a little softer and easygoing, great for lazy weekends.

Storage

Lazy Sunday is a soft light roast that has citrus, sweet and cocoa smell. It has a silky touch and a soft mouthfeel. The cocoa hints can be traced back to a winter's day sat on the sofa with a good book and an embrace from the family. Prepare your French Press by using water that isn't yet at the boiling point. This will stop the coffee from being over extracted and creating undesirable elements in your drink. Add your grounds and 250ml water that just boiled. Steep for four minutes, take a plunge, and then enjoy.
